Booking directly with us ensures you get the best prices when booking. You will also get free of charge priority early check-in, and preference for late checkout! Luggage storage is also available before check-in and after checkout (late checkout is subject to availability). 

No! The price you pay when booking is the final price, with all fee's included. 

All our apartments are equipped with everything you need, including towels, linen and soaps. The kitchen comes equipped with kitchen utensils, cooking pots/ pans, plates, bowls and cutlery. Just bring your suitcase!

For longer stays over 14 nights, please contact us to get our longer-term pricing. 

Hampstead underground station (Northern line) is just 2-3 minutes walking distance which can take you into Central London in less than 15 minutes.

Finchley Road underground station (Jubilee and Metropolitan line), and Finchley Road & Frognal overground station are also within 12 minutes walking distance.

There are also a range of bus stops within walking distance of the property. 

Yes! The apartment you choose at the time at booking is exactly the same apartment allocated to you.

Our check-in time for direct bookings is from 3PM and checkout time is 10AM. If you would like an early check-in, please inform us and we will do our very best to give you one!

Luggage storage is also available for direct bookings before and after check-in/ checkout. Please inform us in advance should it be required. 

House Rules:

Strictly no parties/ gatherings at any time. 

No smoking. 

No pets.

If your booking is for 3 or more guests, all guests must be members of the same family (if your situation is different, please contact us before booking).

Your booking is only for the names and number of guests specified at the time of booking. 

All our apartments are non-serviced apartments which means we don't provide cleaning or refreshment of goods during your stay. However, if you have any requests (including if you would like cleaning), just let us know in advance and we'll be happy to help!

We don't have an elevator in the building. All apartments are accessible via stairs only. If stairs are an issue, please contact us so we can advise an apartment on a lower floor for you. 

Once you book with us, you will receive check-in information before your check-in date. Our apartments have keyless doors with unique PIN entry, so no keys are required!

We don't have any on-site parking.

There are many pay and display bays directly outside and around the area, which are chargeable between 9AM-6PM (maximum parking in a bay is 4 hours). Outside of these hours, you can park for free. 

Alternatively, you can look to rent a private parking space within the area using a site such as JustPark. 

There are also 24-hour free of charge parking options within a 20-25 minute walk (few minutes drive) of the property.
